Dr. Loughner is a Pittsburgh native who was born and raised in Leechburg. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Allegheny College in Erie, then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill University in Greensburg. She completed her Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency through Virginia Commonwealth University at Riverside in Newport News, VA. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. She is also a certified fitness trainer.
Dr. Loughner is a military veteran of the United States Air Force, where she proudly served as a physician at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota for the past 4 years before returning to Pittsburgh.
She is a mom of three and loves spending time with her family. She believes in Jesus Christ as her Savior and is grounded in her Christian faith. She enjoys music, reading, camping, and spending time outdoors.
